  Terrible experience. They came out on 3 separate occasions unprepared to fix the issue we had with our irrigation. Then proceeded to tell us we needed to rip out or deck (on our own) in order to complete the repairs with no alternative solutions and then continued to blow us up to schedule to come back out. We were told multiple times we weren’t being charged for the service visits since they came out 3 times for the same issue completely unprepared to fix the issue and wasted our time multiple times. They then sent us to collections over the invoices we were told were being waived for their inability to take proper notes on our account. Good Luck

  I wanted to voice our appreciation of the work that Bobbie did shutting down our irrigation system this past Saturday. She was very observant and found that a water pipe had broken and was spraying water into the street like a geyser. I also asked her about a sprinkler that would not go down on its own after the sprinkler ran; it needed a new spring. She fixed both issues as well as identified sprinklers that were pointed incorrectly and corrected them too. Even though it started raining, she took her time and fixed our issues and then continued working on other neighbors homes after leaving ours. I appreciate her diligence!

  Made a mistake with my irrigation system, admitted to the mistake, charged me a 3 figure “service fee” to fix their mistake, which took less than 5 minutes.

  It’s been a long hot summer. And my lawn has been struggling even though I’ve been watering it. I realized I had an irrigation head that was clogged. Enter BOBBIE! Bobbie was doing a service call on my neighbor and I asked her for help. I volunteered I was a Custom Touch customer and she was quick to say let’s take a look. In a matter of just a few minutes she not only found the issue but replaced the clogged part and I was back in business. A big shout out to Bobbie at Custom Touch for just being helpful and nice!! Thanks Bobbie!
