  These people clearly have a bunch of fake reviews. They way overcharged us and then our condo had an engineer come out to inspect the building as part of all this new legislation and they had not even actually caulked the windows fully and had left alligator caulk all around the windows which of course then were leaking. We had to hire someone else to come fix their mess. The also lied about how long they were there. They'll harass you endlessly.

  We placed an order with Custom Storm Shutters but ended up canceling for reasons that had nothing to do with their product or service - we were very impressed with their understanding and follow up hence our recommendation to use their services.

  WE had shutters and 2 rolldown doors installed to our home. The technicians were extremely skilled and professional. The shutters and doors they installed are top notch and very good looking and work very well. I highly recommend Custom Shutters Direct. Tony Mazzuca Port Orange, FL.

  Recently, we had Custom Storm Shutters Direct come out to our home for a hurricane shutter install for the entire home. Steve came out to our home for the estimate. He was professional and transparent during the entire process which made things less stressful. My install costs were very competitive and fair. The installers Bill and his guys did quality work in a timely fashion and answered all of my questions related to using my motorized shutter etc. Steve the owner is man of his word and trustworthy! This company is reliable when it comes to communication and any other issues you may encounter. Thanks to the "entire" staff for a job well done.

  Never have I had a better supplier of anything. I don’t know how they hire and keep such outstanding employees. They did everything we agreed to, we’re polite, clean and neat
