  When you customize your hat it shows Nike on the hat , false advertising, I received a generic hat not a Nike Hat - FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!

  Worst ad specialty company I’ve ever encountered. Placed the order. Found it odd how insistent the girl was I pay that minute even before I’d sent my files. We paid thinking they are large enough. Once I sent the files they claimed they didn’t know what a vector based image or adobe illustrator is. Then asked me to send a low res screen shot to print from. I have all of this in writing so it was no misunderstanding. The foreign phone rep was so dismissive I finally just gave up and told them to refund the money. I’ll pay double rather than use a company guaranteed to mess up the order.

  A joke of a company, BEWARE! Refuses to print my design due to an unfounded claim of licensing conflict... and with this attitude they will certainly go out of business, which is honestly what they deserve.
