  This company and it's employees are a breath of fresh air. They do not hide behind 25 minutes of automated systems or chat bots. You can speak directly with an employee to resolve any issues with ease. They truly value customer satisfaction and that is so rare.

  On July 15th-2025 I was searching for places online in my area that could create a specific type of design on a t-shirt so I called a place not too far from me at 12:29pm and spoke to a woman named Cary Garcia from customInk and started talking to her about what I’m looking for and she had explained to me that I had ended up calling her in Texas which I thought was odd because it was a number of a town near by but it was funny. Cary then offered me a number to call that would be in my area instead and I asked her if she’s able to help me out even tho I’m not in the same state and she said absolutely so I was very excited!! So she proceeded to ask me what I was interested in and I told her and sent her pics of what I wanted on the t-shirt and from there on we emailed back and forth and she would send me mock up pics of what she created for me until we got it right and Cary would take my suggestions and if I needed something edited she had no problem with doing that which was absolutely 💯 incredible. It’s been many years since I’ve had a excellent experience with an amazing, helpful, patient and professional staff member at any professional company and Cary Garcia went above and beyond to help me customize the greatest DJ shirt for a special friend EVER and I recommend customInk to everyone who is interested in getting anything customized!!! I also recommend to ask for Cary Garcia even if she’s not in ur state lol because you’re gonna get the utmost respect and professionalism from her!! Since everyone loved the shirt I had customized they all now want their merch made from customInk and I’m so happy about that and I won’t go anywhere else but customInk!! There are not enough words to say to Cary Garcia about how much time, effort and kindness she put into making my experience perfect!! I’m very grateful to her and she should get a promotion or a raise because you don’t find great ppl like her out there so thank you again so much for taking the time from (12:29pm when I first called you until 4:56pm when the order was complete) you are a blessing and I’m so glad you were the one that helped me and made my day!! ❤️❤️❤️👚💯🙏

  I used the custom ink website to design a couple of T-shirts, but really did not know what I was doing. I saw that there is a custom ink design shop in Austin and made an appointment. I’m 70 years old and not super computer literate, I went in and the staff was unbelievable. I was probably not going to do the project until I met these people and they gave me the level of assistance that was amazing. I ordered my first round of shirts, and the quality of the imprint was awesome. I went back because I was not extremely satisfied with the classic Haynes Because I’m very picky and the staff spent time with me to define the shirt that would fit my needs. I hope their management reads this and gives them the respect they deserve. I will probably spend $3000 on this project that I almost did didn’t spent. Rodney
