Staff in our organization individually ordered the same T-shirt design so we could all wear it at pride and support our veterans. The T-shirts were not made until far after the orders were placed and then not shipped until far after that, and despite having ample lead time, following what’s the website said about the appropriate amount of time it takes for an order to be processed and shipped, we have not receiving the items, and we are not receiving refunds. Staff has given different folks completely different answers and has been so unhelpful. They provide different answers to different people for the exact same question, and therefore of course quite a bit of incorrect information. They may also be genuinely lying, as they have said that there is a specific person handling our issue, while another customer service representative said that person was out on vacation. They have taken no responsibility or accountability and are disorganized and unprofessional. There are so many other businesses that do this exact same thing, literally pick anyone else but custom ink, unless you think inflation isn’t burning through your money fast enough, in which case why not throw them away by ordering through this organization.
