In a day where certain companies won’t serve you unless you order via an app, or an employee has to jump through hoops to attempt to solve a problem only to no avail, it was shockingly refreshing to be on a call with a Custom Ink employee who figured out an answer on the spot and ensured that I was satisfied with my order. Zero hyperbole here, I was literally taken aback at how wonderful Seth at Custom Ink was. The guy single handedly restored my faith in modern customer service and selling.
