- JAJim AkeJul 1, 20255.0I purchased a 4 yr old home. The previous owners relied on table lamps for their main light sources which was inadequate. Quinton and Russ designed a voice activated system of ceiling lighting in my living room, dining room and office. They quoted a fair price, met my time schedule, and completed the job before I moved in. Chris, their electrician, was professional, on time and neat. There wasn't a spec of dry wall dust or debris to be found anywhere after he had finished the job. I am using them again for additional work. I give them an A plus. They are a well rounded team.

The day after, I talked to Russ, He and Quintin were at our house that afternoon sizing up the situation and began the process to get our home back. This, in itself, helped relieve a lot of the anxiety and stress of the journey we were beginning to take. Were there surprises along the way? Yes. But, Custom Home Medic is excellent at communicating what needs to be done and why. At each step of our rebuilding process, Adam, Russ and every member of their team were kind, patient, and professional. - KZKenneth ZimmerlyDec 2, 20235.0We interviewed and received estimates from several companies and decided on Custom Home Medic because they came up with the best design within our budget. I loved the 3-D rendering of what the kitchen would look like and appreciated that it was easy to make adjustments, such as adding a wine/beverage center to the kitchen. The 3-D rendering allowed us to move cabinets around and move the microwave from an above counter microwave to a below counter microwave. We quickly could see how the changes would look. The customer portal really helped with communication and Adam was very accommodating to changes we made even as the kitchen was underway. The remodel of the kitchen included taking down a wall, closing up a doorway, new flooring thru out the entire house, bedrooms, hallways, living room, kitchen and we were very pleased with the results. Adam worked very hard to make sure we were happy with the final results. We absolutely love the new kitchen and flooring!

- CDChris DavisOct 6, 20201.0They were the worst crew I have ever dealt with. They showed up sporadically and when they did the work was abysmal. Many times the person doing the job spent time on his phone or in his truck doing god knows what. I had to hire a new contractor to finish the job and fix the mess they left me with!!! DO NOT use these people EVER!!! I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Now they are suing me for what they didn’t finish even though I had to have someone come in and fix their mess!!!!
