  If you are in need of home improvements then Custom Home Improvement should be your go-to place. Many years ago CHI put vinyl wrap all around my house and put on a new roof. The company was easy to work with and communicated scheduling, etc. Their employees were professional, the products were high quality and their work was amazing. So when I needed new windows I didn’t hesitate to contact Custom Home Improvement again. Mark came out and worked through the measuring/ordering process with me. Chad and his team got all my windows installed in 2 days, and Kimberly in the office helped with all the financial stuff. The whole process was seamless!! When a couple of screens had pulled away from the frame, Mark came right out and got them fixed!! The whole team there is dedicated to making sure your work is done to your satisfaction. Fun note…Chad has worked for the company a long time and did my vinyl wrap many years ago. CHI has loyal employees which says a lot about them as a business!! So whatever your home improvement needs are be sure to call Custom Home Improvement!! You will be glad you did!!

  Terry was very knowledgeable about the type of roof to install and the best priced one that fit our needs. Kimberly was very helpful setting up our installation date and keeping us updated on the preferred color (Hunter green). Rick and his crew did a great job installing the roof, made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards as if they were never there! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking at replacing their home roof.

  Great job on the roof. The team conducted a close inspection of the roof, and found several bad areas, which were repaired prior to the roof going on. LOW E barrier is AWESOME. We could tell the immediate difference in the house. Their team worked incredibly hard all day. The project manager Neil was fantastic, working with his crew and also in working to repair the areas of the roof they discovered. The roof looks great. They explained all areas of the work they were doing around the chimney, roof edge, etc. they also took pictures of all damage on the roof and showed me the pictures before repair. This is the second roof from the second house they have done work for me which is why I continue to use them. All paperwork and scheduling was excellent, Kimberly was always responsive in all admin matters, and we also had to resked due to rain. She did a great job working the schedule and keeping us informed. Clean-up was also excellent. Sales person was knowledgeable and excellent, and as it turned out, discussed possibly where and why we had a leak in a certain area. As it turned out, when they removed the old roof, The leak was exactly where and how it was happening as he predicted. Very impressive.

  This was our first time replacing a roof and also working with Custom Home Improvement. Cannot say enough positive things about the experience and the people we worked with. Greg Smith, the overall project coordinator worked with us on pricing and additional work beyond the roofing, and was very knowledgeable and professional. Kimberly, the project scheduler worked with us on timing and financing considerations, again very polite and knowledgeable. The guys who did the work were very professional and, timely when arriving for the day’s work and staying late to complete the work. Special considerations for protecting plants and trees around the roof were taken and the area was clear of waste daily. Thanks to Neil and Francisco for managing the project seamlessly. A special shout out to Francisco for personally handling the extra vent and siding requests. Great job by all involved, highly recommend this team.

  Custom Home Improvement and Repairs after calling numerous roofing companies, i accidently dial the wrong company and got Custom Home Improvements. I called five companies and Terry Graham was the first to call back within an hour and had an appt the next day. Terry was very patient in exampling every aspect of the roofing job, how his office team, their roofing crew were there for me with any questions. Terry reached out several times always professional and patient with many of my concerns until i made a decision. Kimberly was wondering scheduling and answering so many of my questions. terry and Kimberly were always there and calling to see how i was doing. Francisco and his crew were very professional. Francisco also kept me informed during the whole roofing procedure, letting me know of all the repairs. The crew were on time, very polite and did an awesome cleanup. i am very impressed with this company. i was very nervous but everyone i spoke with were very reassuring. i have much to do with renovating my house and will most likely call them for future endeavors. They were wonderful. Big Thank you Terry, Kimberly, Francisco and crew.
