- GPGlory POct 28, 20201.0I hired this company to clean tile grout, it’s listed on their website as a service they offer. I was hoping to be blown away by the results and I was but, not in a good way. He said that grout is really hard to clean and he wasn’t sure how well it would go, that was disheartening from the beginning. My grout does not look any different. I’m not sure how or why. My grout was bad in some spots but, if you’re using commercial grade tools to clean I would have expected at least some change. My grout is a shade lighter in some spots and very visibly dirty in most. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed and will be finding another company to pay (again) to actually clean it
