As the GC, it’s always a plus when a sub delivers on time, on budget, and communicates clearly. He collaborated closely with the homeowners to design a layout that was both efficient and visually cohesive with the rest of the home. The material selection and overall craftsmanship really elevated the space, and the clients were very happy with the end result. The only minor hiccup was a stripped screw during install that led to a small chip on the inside panel of one of the lockers. Jake was upfront about it and addressed the issue professionally; something I always appreciate in a trade partner.
