Beat out five other local companies with clear and consistent project discussion. Timely and fast communication. Jesse the owner followed through on all promises from the estimate to completion. Provided all requested licensing and permit documentation. Professional, clean, and courteous installers and great workmanship. Excellent selection and coordination of subcontractors.

  Jeff and Issiah came to my home and installed a new bathroom vanity, medicine cabinet and lighting fixture. I am very pleased with the quality of products that Custom Bath Solutions sells and the quality of the workmanship they did. I very highly recomend Custom Bath Solutions and Jeff and Issaha if you are considering a bathroom remodel. The are the best. Cleaned up when finished probably cleaner than when they first started the remodeling. I just cant say enough good about Custom Bath Solutions.

  We were looking for a company to do a tub to walk-in shower conversion. We got estimates from several companies you see advertising all the time on TV. We were not impressed with the materials and ridiculous prices. We had heard about Custom Bath Solutions on the radio, so we decided to stop into their showroom and see what they had to offer. Jesse showed us all the materials offered and provided recommendations for helpful add-ons. We were very impressed with his knowledge- he understood exactly what we were looking for and the price was very reasonable. We hired him that same day! The materials and hardware are high quality and beautiful. Jesse made sure the shower wall where the seat was installed was structurally enhanced for safety purposes. The installers were very friendly, very particular in their work, and thoroughly cleaned up the job site. We couldn’t be happier with our shower and highly recommend Custom Bath Solutions!

  I’d like to take a moment and give a review of Custom Bath Solutions. My wife and I had to replace a shower in our master bath after we had some damage to the tile. We contacted four different companies. All names you would recognize. Three specializing in bath remodels and one “do everything” contractor. Two of the companies had a good selection of products and color options but the prices they quoted us were above what we had budgeted. The “Do Everything” contractor was ridiculous. Very limited selection of product and no choice of color. Their price was outrageous, and their salesperson didn’t really seem to be that interested or knowledgeable. Jesse Vycital, from Custom Bath Solutions, came to our home, saw the original issue, saw what we needed and gave us a rough price. The price was very good, so we asked him to give us a quote on doing a complete remodel of both bathrooms. That included replacing the showers, tub, toilets, sinks, countertops, and flooring. He gave us a quote but said he would go back to his office and run the numbers and send us a final quote. Later that day, Jesse sent us an email. He said he had good news for us. He was able to do everything we needed to completely remodel both bathrooms for less than he originally quoted us. Needless to say, that was great news to us. We agreed to the price and scheduled the remodel. To make a long story short, everything went as planned and we are extremely happy with the work that was done. The guys that came to do the removal and install were all good people with great attitudes and professional manners. They did a beautiful job. Jesse was always available whenever we had questions and was very easy to work with. If you’re looking to upgrade your bath, we highly recommend Jesse Vycital and Custom Bath Solutions.
