  I met with Tom McKinnon for Estate planning and there are no words to describe the knowledge and compassion he had. Tom explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I have put my complete trust in him and I know he will take good care of me and my estate.

  Do not use them I have been dealing with patty for 2 year trying to close out an estate needless to say took the money and does not respond or do anything she tells us she is going to do needless to say I will be makeing a report to the bar and now have to find another atterney who will get the job done these people are criminals

  We recently began probate proceedings with this firm. We were immediately dismayed at the lack of professionalism and disorganization of all of our communications. Paperwork was incomplete, we had to contact their office on multiple mistakes and we were still not moving forward with filing probate after a month. We took action and left the firm for another legal practice. After apologies for some of their errors, they didn’t forward all of our paperwork that we had paid for! At a time when you are mourning a family member who has died, you don’t need the stress of an incompetent law firm who is only interested in your payments! Needless to say, our experience was not positive in any fashion.
