  Curtos worked with our contractor to provide a custom fridge that had complicated paneling that matched the woodwork of our kitchen. Unfortunately, the contractor did a poor job and it required replacement hardware. Curtos was very patient and saw the project through to completion even though the mistakes were not their fault. Working with reliable suppliers matters!

  After having trouble for years trying to get a new washer and dryer from a big box outlet, our existing washer and dryer finally gave up and we needed to do something. We decided to try a local appliance store, Curto's, and it was everything as expected and more. Top quality service by Dino, who really went out of the way to help us get what we needed, and his quality installers really made sure that the washer and dryer got where they needed to be, and were hooked up correctly. 100% would use Curto's again for any appliance, and 100% would recommend Curto's to anyone. Dino and his installers are truly the best.

  I couldn't get any help from frigidaire employees on how to return a package i didn't order or need When I ordered the product I was given an incorrect order number this is a BIg,Bigger problem. One day I was on the phone from 1pm until 7pm calling different phone numbers I was given. I still don't have any answers.

  This is my second experience with Curto's and it will not be my last. They have guided me once to the quality purchase of a washer/dryer and now to a cooktop. The team at Curto's is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They are not just trying to make a sale but make sure we purchase a product that fits our needs and budget best. Whenever a future need arises I will be shopping here again.

  like many after being stuck at home, we decided to build an outdoor kitchen. in the past, i've bought all my appliances at competitor store, but after visiting with Curto's and talking to their sales staff, the choice was clear. After going back and force between Lynx and Alfresco, I went with Lynx - grill, bar sink, storage and access doors, etc. I also ordered Marvell under counter refrigerator. A month later i reached out to Curto's and was told that Lynx was backed up due to Covid and there was hardly an ETA for my appliances. In the meantime, my deck and outdoor kitchen structure was progressing and I needed to get my appliances in. I went back top the store and ended up talking to Jonathan, one of the owners. He worked over the order and switched everything to Alfresco, which was available within 2-3 weeks. No issues what so ever. Jonathan was alos very helpful with a few tip on kitchen structure, particularly around the grill itself. Appliances were delivered as promised and on time, no damage, etc. No issues during installation, no missing parts, etc. Ive been very happy grilling and entertaining.
