Very easy to switch! I was a long time policy holder with State farm 20 years to be exact! I switched and gave Progressive a try and I gave it a year but the safe driving app malfunctioned shortly after I enrolled and managed to unenroll me when their app updated. I had no infractions, tickets or accidents and I was never notified of an issue and then my policy doubled out of no where for the second 6 months of my policy and was unable to re-enroll. Taylor at the Curtis Ward Family Agency got me back in with the good guys. State farm has always been hands-on and communicative. I'm sorry I ever left! Thanks Taylor!
