  DO NOT COME HERE!!! Staff are very rude and talk to you like you are an idiot. They glare at you and don’t help you at all. Save your time and go to the one in Crystal lake where they actually treat you like human beings.

  Do not do business with this company. I arrived at the door at 5:59 and the gentlemen at the first window already closed. Closing time is 6pm. He didn’t even have the proper customer service to come to the door. I would never ever do business with a company where they have lazy employees. That’s lazy to not get up and come to door. There is no excuse as to why they closed at 5:59pm. I had a one minute service literally. I hope they get a new staff or they shut down completely

  Rude as hell staff. Guy with long grey hair was very rude. I tried getting a new plate for a car and it was signed by two different names. I ask him what I should do and all he gave me was attitude, was clearly making fun of me for not knowing and was just staring me down. I do not recommend coming here.
