  The worst customer service experience provided by cashier KIM. I wait patiently in a long line only trying to get $6 in quarters only to be met with a rude cashier telling me I need to pay a quarter just to get $6 in quarters. I am aware that they charge for rolls of quarters which is crazy work in itself but I understand rolling quarters is a job so got to make some type of money from it but for a cashier to tell me I need to pay a quarter just for an even exchange of $6 in quarters was outrageous. I visit plenty of currency exchange to get quarters specifically and was never met with that demeanor or verbiage of having to pay for even exchange of funds. Even after having a call customer service who knew the location well for bad and negative reports. The cashier still kept the same demeanor even after being informed by her Superior that 25 cents was not the correct charge and to provide me the service I should have already gotten 15 minutes ahead of time. I hope if I ever have to visit this location again I will not have to encounter someone such as Kim and the attitude and demeanor she presents while working in a customer facing business.

  Kim is the best and I've seen her deal with many sorts of people she is honest and professional and definitely not racist

  I asked a simple question, how much it will cost me to renew my license plate sticker. She only told me „our fee is $9.xx.“ I asked what my total would be, and she just hanged up on me 🥲 why? 🤦‍♀️

  PSA: If you're Hispanic/Latinx, maybe skip this place. Went in with my mom to get something notarized—despite the “Sorry No Notary” sign—because last time I came with my dad, it was fine. Figured I’d just ask politely if they’d have one another day. Enter: Grumpy glasses lady. Hits me with the “We don’t do those here” in a tone that said, “are you illiterate?” Complete with exaggerated sign-pointing and judgy wide eyes. Like okay, ma’am, I saw the sign—not blind, just hopeful. I say “thank you” (because manners), and she drops the most sarcastic “Sure, honey” like I just ruined her day by breathing. Lady, I’m a minor, chill. Meanwhile, she’s practically giggling with the one white guy in the building but acts like everyone else is an inconvenience. Racism with a side of customer service failure? No thanks.
