- KKKatieSep 30, 20251.0HORRIBLE!!!! I just received $100 charge for leaving MOLDY chairs from my unit. yes MOLD inside my unit along with BUGS. The thing is they charged my CC without any notice at al. No email stating anything and when I called customer service was plain RUDE I have been in this unit for close to 8yrs and my rent has DOUBLED without notice $175 a MONTH for a little unit that is not climate controlled and nothing has changed except for the management that is HORRIBLE!!! Can not wait to get out of here they raise rent well 2X in one year and force placed insurance on my unit.
