Historical Landmark
The three-story Nauvoo Cultural Hall was built in the early 1840s and served as the community cultural center of Nauvoo. Dedicated by Hyrum Smith on April 5, 1844, it was the tallest building in Nauvoo for some time and could be seen for miles around.
