I took an antique Turkish rug to these people at the recommendation of Coit Cleaners to repair fringe. What a terrible experience! They cut off all the beige wool fringe and GLUED on a short cotton fringe of an entirely different color. I’m not sure the rug’s even repairable at this point. It’s an absolute shame. 👎👎👎
