  The only good part of our experience with CSG was the actual tile and countertop selection. Unfortunately, everything else fell far short of expectations. The project took nearly three times longer than originally estimated. We ran short on tile three separate times, and one of the showers was undermeasured by 80 square feet. We specifically requested to have at least one full extra box of each tile selection along with additional grout for future repairs. Despite being told this would be delivered after closing in January 2025, it’s now the end of September and we still haven’t received the materials or been contacted with an update. During installation, we repeatedly asked the installers not to cut tile on the front porch around the cedar post, but they ignored our requests. As a result, tile dust accumulated, which contributed to the cedar post drying out faster than it should have. The dust also coated the porch, even after the house was painted. Overall, the lack of communication, inaccurate measurements, poor planning, and disregard for homeowner requests made this a very frustrating experience.
