  Was looking to buy some boots for my high school son. Went to Crystal after first going to another ski shop in town. The difference is dramatic (in a good way). Staff is very knowledgeable (thanks John!), ask good questions, meet you where you are at, and don't try to upsale you. (we are on a budget). They are also incredibly patient - we were (unwittingly) there near to closing time, but we never once felt rushed. It was a truly pleasant experience. We will start at Crystal from here on out.

  I brought my skis in for a tune-up and was very pleased with the results. I have been a customer of Crystal Ski Shop for over 10 years and have always been more than pleased with their services, quality and pricing.

  I get my skis tuned multiple times every year here. Best, fastest, expert service at a fair price. I ski 50 weekdays a year and want the best service, it's here! When looking at skis, Nina has more knowledge and excellent communication than anyone I know in my 50+ years of skiing. She has given an excellent presentation to our ski club in her spare time!
