  i called the other day and they have a very unprofessional receptionist.she is rude and saying i dont know, and hanging up on clients i give it a very bad customer service.

  I went to this office for 16 years, since I was 4 years old, and I truly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! Dr. Minutillo and the hygienists are amazing, so caring, and always make you feel comfortable. They’ve taken such great care of my teeth all these years, and my cleanings are always perfect. You won’t find a better dental office!

  Never going back there! Dr was practically yelling at me for not wanting a service done. I calmly explained my reasoning and still insisted. This practice does not care about your child’s wellbeing or longterm care. They care about upselling and unnecessary treatment for a 3 year old. I can feel the push there is in sales from the first conversation I had, but didn’t mind it much because well it’s the staff doing their job. But once the dr yelled at me in front of my child that was a deal breaker for me.

  The staff was nice, and all went well when I took my 2 year old in, but once she turned 3 they said I couldn't go with her anymore. 3 is still very young, and that doesn't seem appropriate, so we switched dentists.

  The location is convenient, though sometimes the schedule is not :-)
