Our shower doors were not working, and we couldn’t use the shower and crystal illusions came out very quickly
The craftsman who worked on it was named Sal and he was the most pleasant and most warm person, and he was as neat as any worker has ever been in our house

Solved the problem, and I would recommend this company any time, and I would ask for Sal specifically

The shower doors are beautiful, nicely made and heavy. We love them. The problems came after the installation. There appeared to be a gap at the bottom of the main door that slides open--looking like it was "off kilter". I asked the installer about it and he said it was fine. I still didn't like the way it looked (it wasn't level) so I called the office the next day. I spoke to Billy and he was very dismissive, chuckling, asking if water got out. I said no...he then said it was fine. I again said it doesn't look level and the gap is quite noticeable and I would like it fixed. He was in a hurry to get off the phone, cutting me off and not letting me speak. He asked me to send pictures. After hanging up I was upset that he wasn't at all helpful and looked online to see who the owner of the company was to make them aware of the problem. Billy IS the owner! I sent the pictures and received a response the next day from Monica--due to the uneven curb and floor some outages are within tolerance. Adjustments are done with the rollers. I replied "how is the adjustment done? can I do it? does someone have to come out?". No response.
Our main contractor was doing other work in our house and was familiar with the door/rollers and was able to adjust the door correctly. A few days later I received a call from Sal at Crystal Illusions asking what the problem was. I told him it was fixed by our contractor. He apologized for the inconvenience even though he had nothing to do with it. No one else at the company even replied to calls or emails. After spending over $2000 for the doors I would have expected more attention to detail and excellent customer service. Use a different company.
