From the moment we engaged in conversation on the phone Chelsea made me feel like I could trust her. I easily relaxed and said um hum a lot! Before I knew it, I had my new automobile policy and I think I felt a couple of new hairs growing on my bald head. Knowledgeable, sensible and substantially light years ahead of any other car insurance person than I have ever had experience with was Chelsea.
What I really liked is that she didn't try to upsell me anything. My Toyota is almost 20 years old and not in the best condition. That mattered not. Chelsea respected the fact that she was not insuring a Rolls-Royce but; just a 64 year old man who's on Social Security, looking for the best deal on car insurance. And that's exactly what she gave me. In fact, I wish I had another car so I could do it all over again. But you know Toyotas. They can last forever. Just like Multiline Specialist Chelsea Marie Jansen's commitment to superb service! What an indispensable asset she is to the State Farm Insurance Company!
