  This was our 3rd time hiring Darrin to do upholstery cleaning - clearly we've been very satisfied with his work. He is a great communicator, and sets high expectations for the quality of his work. He then meets those high standards! Additionally, on this recent visit he tackled a large, ugly chemical stain from a previous cleaner years ago. Yes, his tenacity and problem solving resulted in much of that stain disappearing. We recommend Darrin highly -

  Crystal Carpet did a fantastic job! Darrin was an excellent communicator from start to finish, and the results speak for themselves. Our carpets look brand new again, and we couldn’t be happier. We’ll definitely use their services again—thank you for bringing our carpets back to life!

  My experience with Darrin and Crystal Carpet was excellent. He communicated in a timely fashion, accommodated my scheduling requests, and a reschedule, and the carpets came out great. All the stains that were there are now gone. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again when it is time!
