- LSLucille ShoemakerSep 2, 20255.0Wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. All of the staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Everything you need is within a few blocks, coffee shops, pharmacy's, the incredible Ferraro grocery store. Right behind the hotel you have the gorgeous Columbia river and it's nice to walk along, including the suspension bridge right here as well is a fun walk. It's also a dog friendly hotel!
- MSMark ScabidilobodyAug 27, 20254.0I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Firstly, the rooms are nice. Clean, beautiful and comfortable. Secondly, they have no amenities. There isn’t a restaurant, a pool or hot tub, and no breakfast because the hotel doesn’t have a kitchen. Thirdly, the staff were very nice, helping us with everything. They seem to really spend a lot of time with guests, as the hotel is mostly empty (8 guests max it seemed). Finally, the view is good on one side of the hotel and terrible on the other. The bad side gives you a clear view of the massive factory and the nice side gives you a view of the mountains. Overall, It’s better to stay in Rossland, but if you have to stay in Trail stay at the Best Western Plus there. It has a kitchen.
