  UPDATE: no update on my cane or items left in the car. You can easily tell how they treated me from the response from the owner. To be called a liar is unprofessional. I also have a right to not pick up a car that is not safe to drive. This response is shameful, I was in a shelter when my car was stolen. You charged $1k higher than my insurance deduction and check. How did you expect a higher payment with a GTA incident from a shelter? Seems predatory. Misled about services offered ( I came in only talking about possible electrical and engine issues because my car turns off while foot on gas). Why did they take my car in, not get the issue repaired, then charge me over what insurance alloted. THEN salt to injury, force me to pay and pickup the car while putting a lien. Not sure what these people are about.

  Used these guys many years ago to fix my car after a bad side swipe. At the time, Jacob was the owner. He and his team not only worked fast, but did great work, and were so kind. Highly recommend.

  We had just bought a 2022 used Corolla for my son at Culver City Toyota and we were concerned because we saw the vehicle history showed the dealer had fixed some paint and a dent, even though the Carfax was clean. Eyal at Crown Coachworks agreed to see us last minute on a holiday weekend. He looked over the car and gave us some solid info that they had repainted the front bumper and some possible missing parts on the car. He put everything in writing and we were able to show that to the dealer, which made them take our concerns seriously. Eyal did all this for no charge. He also met with us a day later and had his tech look under the car to confirm that no major accidents or frame damage was present. These guys really treat you well and don't start charging you unless they are actually working on your car. I know I will be going back to them in the future if I have any body work needs. I highly recommend them if you want to be treated well and fairly.

  I had a fantastic experience at Crown Coachworks Auto Body & Paint. I accidentally scraped my car’s side door, and when I took it in for an estimate, the technician was honest and explained that the scratches were minor and didn’t require a full bumper replacement, which would have been costly. Instead, they repaired the area to prevent further damage at no charge. I really appreciated their honesty, kindness, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

  Crown Coachworks exceeded my expectations after a hit-and-run damaged my car. They handled everything quickly and efficiently, and even finished the repairs four days ahead of schedule. To top it off, they returned my car freshly detailed- a thoughtful touch I truly appreciated. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I highly recommend them!
