Can you help with an out of town delivery?
Yes, we can assist in getting orders sent out to other cities. We have access to a wide network of local florists nationwide!
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes! We offer same day delivery until 1pm local time.
Do you guarantee your flowers?
We have a seven day replacement guarantee. Let us know if you're having a quality issue and we'll pick up/accept your return and replace it for you. We'll provide photos of the original to our flower vendors so that they can have feedback on the quality.
What’s the best flower to send for a birthday?
It’s always up to you! Personal gifts always have the best touch. In my opinion, something bright and cheerful to commemorate the occasion.
How do you get peonies to open?
The warmer the temp is the faster they will open. Also, trimming their stems and changing the water regularly will keep them going longer!
Are roses more expensive on Valentine's day?
Sometimes you can expect an increase is the cost of roses due to the holiday demand.
Do you do wedding flowers?
Yes. We like to meet with the couple to discuss the best ways to make their big day picture perfect! Give us a call or send an email to make an appointment.

Yes! We offer personalized corsages and boutonnières to make sure everyone looks their absolute best.
Do you offer homecoming flowers?
Yes! We can even coordinate flower pieces for dates.
How do I take care of my succulent garden?
In warmer seasons, they do best when watered on a weekly schedule. When it gets colder, it is best to not water more than once a month. The container you have them in matters when watering. If the container has a hole in the bottom for drainage, you can use a can give them a little more water. If it does not, be careful not to over water them! Excess water can cause their roots to rot.
How do I take care of my snake plant?
Snake plants are a breeze! They can thrive in all types of lighting. They only need to be water about every other week and monthly in late fall through winter. Allow the soil to dry COMPLETELY between waterings to prevent root rot.
Would it be difficult to send flowers tomorrow?
Sending a day ahead is usually no problem at all!
Do you have peonies?
We do carry peonies when they are in season, from April through about June.
Can you send something to my mom out of town?
Yes! We work with a nationwide network of florists to have your gift delivered from coast to coast.
What time can I expect my gift to be delivered?
If you need something within a certain time frame, it is best to inform us upon ordering. We deliver orders by prioritizing business, funerals, and timed request. Then, the rest are delivered by the order they were received in an optimized routing system.
Funeral Banners - What should they be used for?
Funeral banners go best on standing sprays. It is also best to keep the wording minimal as to not cover the flowers.
Can you ship flowers?
We personally deliver all over Knoxville. If something is out of our area, we have a nationwide network of florists to have your flowers delivered.
Can you spray paint my flowers black?
We can, but it is not always recommended. Some flowers do not hold the color as well as others and they do not tend to last as long vs not being painted.
What are the longest lasting flowers?
Carnations!

Yes! We offer a variety of blooming and green plants that are available in addition to our fresh cut floral arrangements for delivery, in-store pick up, and curbside pick up.
