  Gotta love it when the so-called owner tells another tow company that they can’t drive a perfect good car up on the deck on their property. I’ll respect that as I’ve always respected everywhere. I picked up from and their rules according to their property, but then telling me to shut up as if I don’t know what I’ve been doing for the past three years acting like he knows Everything and yelling at my drivers Our thousand cars every Couple months versus his hundred cars every couple months I like to respect everybody and the rules that I will never Tell another operator how to operate their Truck and go against their own company policies just because he Was on a small power trip You give everybody around to a bad name grow up

  Best customer service around!! Devin is quite possibly the nicest tech I’ve met in months. He was very patient, very helpful, and quite understanding of what a young family goes through. If you need parts, motor home interiors or pieces, or RV items these are the folks to see!!

  These guys are awesome with anything you need, parts or towing Tony and Mike are very knowledgeable about parts, and they offer a full service salvage yard... you need a part, they pull it, tested and have it all ready by the time you arrive Can't say enough about them

  Tony is AMAZING to work with. We needed a transmission for my husband’s truck. They did not have what we needed but Tony worked hard and called so many places to find one that was in our budget and had a good warranty on it. There were many phone calls back and forth between Tony and I to make sure we got what we needed. Tony went the extra mile calling around and finding what we needed. This was my first time dealing with Crossroads and I will definitely be doing business with them again. Outstanding customer service, amazing communication and honest people.
