DO NOT RECCOMAND!!!! I moved into this property in 2023, and I’ve experienced constant issues ever since. The property manager, Rashonda Holmes, has been extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked a simple question, her tone was disrespectful, and she acted annoyed — as if I was bothering her. Instead of helping, she said something along the lines of: “The front desk already explained this to you. You just didn’t understand, and I don’t need to explain it again.” That level of customer service is unacceptable for someone in her position. Maintenance is another major issue. It took over a year for them to fix basic things in my unit: the trash disposal, living room fan, and blinds. I submitted multiple work orders, but no one ever showed up — yet they still marked the requests as “completed” and even sent out surveys asking how the service was. What service?! Nothing was ever done until late April or May of 2025 — and only after repeated requests and being patient for far too long. The supposed “gated community” is a joke — the gates are always broken; how can anyone feel safe when it's open for anyone to gain access to you without you knowing. The pool hasn’t been functional since I moved in, and residents have never had access to it. So much for amenities. Limited storage space in the unit for a 2/1. Let’s not forget the lack of proper extermination. During the initial tour of the apartment, there were dead roaches under the cabinets and in other areas — a clear sign of an infestation. I was told that pest control would come out and spray before I moved in, but whatever was done was completely ineffective. I ended up having to handle the problem myself, buying my own pest control products and treating the unit. Despite my efforts, the roaches were still coming out of the cracks in the bathroom. Thankfully, I maintain a clean home and stayed consistent with cleaning and using chemicals, but I should not have had to deal with that right after moving in. After a while it became an issue with the air conditioner SMH!! Glad I was able to have a roof over our head, but I expected more from this community I moved out 08/20/2025 left the place spotless did not stay out my lease agreement for 10/31/2025. NO deposit returned of course due to me giving them a 60-day notice to leave the unit, which is understandable, but I honestly feel as if $2,250+ was not worth it there. Please think twice before moving here. If I could give zero stars, I would. But this is my personal opinion I'm just sharing my experience.

Ever since Charlene left nothing has been the same!!!! When Charlene was here every work order was handled with the quickness. Now these people they don’t care at all. Stove not working, shower has mold and leaking, ac not working over 6 months or more they don’t care!!!! They just keep raising the rent while nothing here is working. This is ridiculous!!! The rent I’m paying should match the service I should be getting.

Been living here for over 10 years and now that we need a new tub, stove, and bathroom vanities they find it hard to give it to us but they raise the rent every chance they get! I'm about to fall through my tub! We need the same carpet that we've had so long removed!

I put my application for an apartment of 2150, when they call me to sign they increase at 2355, they don't do any work in the apartment, the master room get water coming up from the tile, the first room is wet too and smells mold, my wife just has a baby, last week she almost dropped the baby on the floor if the bed wasn't close, thanks God she threw the baby on the bed, the baby spent the rest of the day crying, we have to check if everything right with the baby while I'm looking for somewhere else to move.
