  I bought an enclosed trailer 2 years ago the hangers for the springs broke costing me to replace everything in the wheel wells axles almost shot out under the trailer and totaled the trailer because of bad welds. This got expensive the tail lights started filling up with water when it rained had to replace that as well. The door with the springs and cables and all that stuff fell off so now it takes 2 guys to lift and close the door they welded one side but nut the other they tac welded the left side and forgot to weld it fully. The trailers rusting really bad my brakes don’t work either honestly the list just keeps going. The receiver to hitch your truck never really worked all all and all these trailers are made with low quality product and craftsmanship. This trailer is barely even 2 years old and is falling apart literally….

  I purchase a 4x6 Cross Cargo trailer to carry some additional camping gear behind my small rv. I wanted to add a small shelving unit to the interior, at the trailer nose, to increases my cargo capacity - the floor being only 24 square feet. I phoned Cross Trailers who advised ‘against’ doing this as their cargo trailer has very limited structural integrity. So how come they advertise what it’ll carry weight wise - but fail to mention that you can’t really use it to carry stuff or it’ll fall apart. Now I’m stuck with this.

  Just picked up my new cross trailer, no side air vents were installed which were included, the finish work around the side door was terrible, looks like they cut a piece to fit and it broke a chunk out of the piece and they used it anyway, very disappointed in the quality of work, will never buy another.
