  Rent was $900 in 2020 and today ( 2025) is almost $2000 gym and swimming pool never available, buildings grounds and stairs never clean,maintenance people only drive around golfcart,playground is a doggie’s poop place, neighbors fixing cars like this was a mechanic shop , everybody smokes weed/ cigarettes and cars are stolen.

  My experience as a tenant, has been good. So, far the employee's are very friendly, when come to fixed. Office staff are nice, I would rather them to be more politely with everyone in the community.

  Estoy sastifecha con la atención primeramente de Miriam con ella hice el leasing, todo el equipo hasta de los janitor son excelente, conocí a Minerva, Sonia, Alexandra, tienen un equipo maravilloso, todos pusieron su granito de arena , para que yo me mudara, muy atentos , Miriam muy especial, Dios les bendiga, gracias por su atención , se que estoy en lechar perfecto , y fue Dios que lo quiso.

  The day that I that report a water leaked in my apartment and less than 2 hours later the office sent 2 maintenance technicians to investigate the problem. These two gentlemen were very professional. To my amazement they figured out right away the source of the water leaked 💧. And they did the repair the same day. I say BRAVO to the office and especially to the technicians who were knowledgeable about the situation; good work ! From tenant at 2090.

  everything was taken care of quickly and correctly. Just waiting for the porch to be pressure cleaned.
