  Charlene and Lori have been awesome. Take their time to answer my many questions. Even wrote down the steps so I did everything correctly. Super friendly and helpful. My go to pool place

  Advice: Listen to the customers calling before making assumptions. Background: I just called to ask a few questions about pool opening & potential for weekly/bi-weekly maintenance. I started to describe to the gentleman (might have been Bob, not sure) what was going on and he cut me off and said "we are too busy to clean up a mess right now"... Interesting, considering 'service' is in the pool name AND I hadn't even gottent to explaining wanting to learn more about everything.
