  I took my golden doodle to get groomed when I got there the lady said I didn’t have an appointment when I clearly saw my name on her books! Then after waiting ALL day to get my dog back I show up and she states that it’s $90!!!! I’ve never paid more than $70 at this place! Then I get my dog back and they completely shaved her to her skin where she has rashes and hot spots! It’s winter and it’s snowing outside! I then had to go to the vet because my dog is bleeding!!! I called to review the situation with the owner and she said there is nothing we can do!!!!!!! Worst customer service EVER!!!!!!!

  Boy did these amazing people save the day for me when the day prior to the dog show another groomer cancelled on me. Not only did they make sure he was taken care of but my boy looks stunning! You may not think a Great Dane needs much grooming but no detail was missed, inner ear hair shaved, whiskers groomed, and paws detailed to perfection! Thank you, baby boy won 3 ribbons today, his first show ever at 8mon old!

  Thank you Quinn for treating my Baisy so wonderful during her grooming today! She usually gets terrified at any groomer or vet. She came out happy! She looks beautiful. Been happy every time I bring her there.
