Crites Electric installed my whole house generator in one day and explained everything to me. They were very professional and having the generator will give me peace of mind knowing I have a backup when the power is out.

Received quote on 4/15/25. Installed 22KW Generac on 5/06/25. Great to not have to wait long since been having a lot of electric outages. Awesome crew led by Rusty. They had to run a larger diameter gas line through garage and basement. Did exactly as I asked. Overall great job. Just waiting on the first power outage :)

Crites Electric gives us the peace of mind of having a quality product in Generac and service. We have the extended service plan for yearly maintenance. Crites Electric takes care of yearly service even if you’re not at home. They set us up with the Generac app which shows us all the information for “ready to run” mode. Rusty and Chris did an excellent install several years ago and now Mike is doing the yearly service. All very courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
