This tree company is amazing they worked on several large limbs at our house we rent the landlord hired them They were thorough and respectful. They just took care of the property and like little things really made a difference for example they had to move over Our bonfire ring and lawn chairs so they wouldn’t get damaged and they moved all of it back really neatly and reassembled it all for us. I work night shift and didn’t have a chance to thank them in person so I just wanted to come leave a review to say thank you to this company, will def recommend yall to friends and family 🙏🫶🏻

We had Crissman Tree Service come out to remove a 10ft wide rootball as well as a 100ft red oak in front of the house. We were impressed with their professionalism, reasonable cost, speed, and the care they took in reducing any damage to the surrounding landscaping and driveway. They have highly skilled people that know what they're doing, and do it well. We'll definitely be using them in the future.

Crissman tree service charged a fair price. They did a great job cutting down several trees & removing around 30 stumps. They were reliable to show up as scheduled, stayed on task & did well cleaning up the expected mess trees make. They also charged a reasonable & good price when I added a few more trees to cut down. I highly recommend their services for tree & stump removal.
Frequently Asked Questions About Crissman Tree Service
How do I know if a tree on my property needs to be removed?
Trees often show signs when they are unhealthy or unsafe, such as large dead branches, visible cracks in the trunk, leaning at unusual angles, or extensive rot or pest damage. Our certified arborists can inspect your tree and recommend whether it should be pruned, treated, or removed for safety reasons.
Do I need a permit to remove a tree?
Permit requirements vary by city or county. In some areas, you may need approval for removing certain types of trees or those above a certain size. At Crissman Tree Service, we can guide you through the local regulations and help ensure all necessary permits are obtained before removal.
What is the difference between tree removal and tree trimming?
Tree removal involves cutting down and safely disposing of a tree, often due to disease, damage, or safety concerns. Tree trimming, on the other hand, is the selective pruning of branches to improve the tree's health, shape, or safety. We offer both services to meet your specific needs.
Do you offer stump grinding after tree removal?
Yes, we provide professional stump grinding services to remove the stump left behind after a tree is cut down. This not only improves the look of your property but also prevents pests and new growth from sprouting from the stump.
Is tree removal dangerous?
Tree removal can be very dangerous if not done by professionals. Our team uses specialized equipment and safety protocols to ensure the tree is removed without damage to your property or risk to anyone nearby. We are fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind.
How much does tree removal or tree service cost?
The cost of tree removal or trimming depends on several factors, including the tree's size, location, health, and the complexity of the job. We offer free, no-obligation estimates so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins.
Do you offer emergency tree removal services?
Yes, we provide 24/7 emergency tree services for storm damage, fallen trees, or hazardous situations. Our crew responds quickly to remove dangerous trees and debris to protect your home and property.
Can regular tree trimming help prevent storm damage?
Absolutely. Regular trimming and pruning help maintain a tree's structural integrity, reducing the risk of falling branches during storms. Our tree care experts can create a maintenance plan to keep your trees strong and healthy year-round.
How can I tell if my tree is diseased or dying?
Common signs of disease or decline include wilting leaves, unusual leaf discoloration, visible fungi on the trunk, deep cracks, or large dead branches. If you're unsure, our arborists can perform a tree health evaluation and recommend the best course of action.
What should I do to prepare for a tree removal appointment?
Before we arrive, ensure there is clear access to the work area by moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, or any other obstacles. Our team will handle the rest, including safely removing the tree, cleaning up debris, and providing stump grinding if requested.
