  Engell and Autoro were absolutely out of this world!! It was me I was the problem or Ubers I’ll let you decided. I placed an order through uber eats to the wrong location. I know why not check? Well uber is known finding the location. Closest to you or so I assumed. I call uber they are like we don’t care. I call the store and all of the food was complete. I understand this is on me. I just wish uber would have offered some type of solution. Anyways crisp and juicy took care of me !! They replaced the order and were polite throughout the entire process even with me panicking!! Truly a wonderful experience, that doesn’t happen often. I will be coming back 1million stars. These billion dollar companies should take note 📝 I haven’t even tasted the food but I know it’s just amazing 🤩

  My husband favorite chicken restaurant is Crispy and Juicy, this new location is closer to home, the staff is friendly specially Jose, he gives a great customer service, very attentive and polite. The chicken tastes delicious, the yucca fries perfectly cooked and crunchy, the rice and beans also taste fresh. The restaurant is clean, spacious and cozy, parking lot is free, but too small. We definitely coming back again!!

  My family has been coming to Crisp & Juicy for years, but this was my first time at the Silver Spring location. The staff was very sweet and helpful. The food is amazing as always, especially the pink hot sauce!!

  We are good customers and like C&J at Silver Spring, ordered many times before. BUT today was a disappointment !😞. As usual all containers are really greasy, so much l wash them before touching them please C & J do something about . Today the first bite of chicken l took tasted spoiled, one large piece was a bit smelly, so we didn't eat it, the other was ok. The yuccas were really bad this time, plain,not fried well at all but the worst were the plantains, dry, old, not even sweet and so though they didn't taste like plantains.We also ordered chicken bowls but found several small bones in the rice, that's almost dangerous. Managers must do quality control daily. Prices go up but not the food quality. Do sad.
