  Meh. The food was just alright. Chicken was slightly overcooked. Salad was slightly brown. Rice and beans were slightly under seasoned. Should’ve been perfection as expensive as it is. I like Rockville location better. And Rockville is CHEAPER. And the food had the nerve to be mid. Parking is kind of annoying too. Colesville and university blvd location with a tiny parking lot (4 parking spaces) is insane.

  Great location. Parking and access can be difficult because it's right on Colesville. The people at the counter are polite and friendly. The chicken is consistently good. Side salads are not great, but I guess most people aren't going to this place for salad.

  We really enjoy the food. We normally order Uber Eats but my family went out and we saw Crisp & Juicy. We stopped inside. You can smell the food outside the doors 😍 10/10

  Engell and Autoro were absolutely out of this world!! It was me I was the problem or Ubers I’ll let you decided. I placed an order through uber eats to the wrong location. I know why not check? Well uber is known finding the location. Closest to you or so I assumed. I call uber they are like we don’t care. I call the store and all of the food was complete. I understand this is on me. I just wish uber would have offered some type of solution. Anyways crisp and juicy took care of me !! They replaced the order and were polite throughout the entire process even with me panicking!! Truly a wonderful experience, that doesn’t happen often. I will be coming back 1million stars. These billion dollar companies should take note 📝 I haven’t even tasted the food but I know it’s just amazing 🤩
