  The employee that we worked with at the store was awesome however the store manager should not have his job after he decided to mark one of our phones is missing or stolen when we clearly told him it was sent back to Motorola to be repaired. Then when we went to change carriers and unlock this particular phone it was unable to be unlocked and cricket initially refused to unlock it claiming that it was with another carrier. All this happened because the store manager couldn't do his job.

  I loved the awesome help from Tonya and Wolf who is the new store manager and boo baby (Ryan). I couldn't ask for anything else or better service they were awesome. If you had previous experience please go back. They are under new management. I plan on staying a cricket customer after returning today and using the Baraboo store!
