  This is the second Cricket store we had to go to today because at the other one we received absolutely no help. We went into this second place and Nicholas helped us out. He was 10 out of 10. 🙌🏾🙌🏾 Very patient and helped us transfer our phone number to a new device since we lost our phone. Called the helpdesk and whoever he needed to resolve the issue. We were thinking of switching over to T-Mobile, we even went and got a temporary line before we arrived. But because of him we will be staying with this service at Cricket. I can’t thank him enough for saving us all this trouble.
