  I came in the store last week asking about an upgrade about a phone. i currently have an iphone 12 and was looking for the iphone 17. Evan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the phone and services he can provide. I will come back and recommend Evan and this store. thank you.

  I went to cricket to get a new phone mine wasn't working right it kept turning on and off by itself and I decided to just get a new phone I don't think the issue could be fixed they were very nice and helpful there

  Been with cricket several years when in yesterday to do an upgrade on my phone and was treated very disrespectful the sales attendant clearly did not want to be there and did not want to help me or the other costumer that was in the store at the time I think his name was Ethan Most unsadified experience

  Had wonderful experience with Marquise. He was very knowledgeable. He knows the phones and the process inside and out. Definitely went above and beyond. He went out of his way to help us with an issue that had nothing to due with him or his store. He made sure my daughter had a working phone for college . I can't say enough good about this man.
