I first visited this store with my aunty, and Bobby (the manager) was there. While she looked around, Bobby started telling me about Cricket Wireless. I was expecting a pushy, robotic sales pitch, but not with Bobby — he was genuine, realistic, and not at all pressuring. He told me when I was ready to switch, he’d help me get a better phone and plan. No pressure at all.
Fast forward a few months… my phone shattered on the Road to Hana. Once the trip was over, I walked back into the store and said, “Remember me? You said you'd help me!” I showed him my broken phone, and Bobby took care of everything — new phone, new account, and even helped me pick out a case.
We hit a hiccup when I forgot my Apple ID password and only had one shot to get it right. I blew it — but Bobby didn’t give up. He calmly reset everything and we figured it out. We literally hugged it out in the end!
Highly recommend this store. Bobby makes everything simple, easy, and he really knows his stuff. Bonus: he’s in a band!
