  The lead associate was very informative and patient with all of my question I had for him. I ended up upgrading my phone as a result. I don't remember his name, but I know he was from Los Angeles. He is an asset to the store and the company. He drives sales in a very NON aggressive way. He should be the/a manager for Cricket! Great customer service here!

  This experience was so easy and comfortable with the help of Rhonda she showed me how to work my phone. She was so pleasant and easy for me to learn from. She always greets me when I came in with a smile.

  Rhonda is the absolute best at cricket.. She was able to find over 5000 photos that we thought was deleted. This is my first iPhone and I did not purchase the phone at her location but I will not go to any other location. She showed me how to actually use the iPhone where the Rockwell store did not. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I will be forever grateful to Rhonda
