  I have been a long time cricket user more than 10 years. Never in my life have I experienced worse customer service as I did from them over this weekend. I followed all their instructions checked capabilities etc before bringing my family on to my plan. Not only did the system provide false information it was never advised that the system could be inaccurate. Long story short they moved my family's phone service and their newer 5 g phone was rendered nothing more than a paper weight. The company refused any assistance to make it right and we were forced into the purchase of a phone. If that wasn't bad enough they forced it to be an upgrade rather than a new service despite no coverage ever being accessible thereby charging an additional $225 over what we would pay for the activation of a new coverage. If you are considering cricket don't. They do not stand behind the service the offer and their staff is rude and unprofessional.

  Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Went in there because I had phone issues and Corey had it fixed within 2 minutes.
