  I went to a different store and they told me I couldn’t switch to cricket because my account was too old and I couldn’t keep the same number. So I went to veterans memorial store and some new guy was able to get my service switched no problem. He didn’t give up like the other store did he called someone who could help and got my account set up.

  My Pawpaw went for simple help with his text messaging and was told by the manager to “go to the Douglasville Cricket location and get out of my store.” I have been with cricket since 2013 and am heartbroken at how they treated my granddad.
