  100/10 super helpful. Came in without really knowing what I needed other than a cheaper cell bill, staff was super helpful and got me set up and my number transferred easily.

  I WOULD definitely recommend anyone to go there, it’s such an amazing place to get service and your phone done there, I had the most wonderful experience getting a new phone, the assistant who helped me was amazing!, her name is Katty, she IS THEE BEST! Omg! And not just that! The experience of getting so much helped and great discounts was amazing! I have never thought cricket could upgrade just beautifully, wish to see more and better of improvements in the future, also the little drawings in the wall are so fun! I just love looking at them when I entered the store, it was creative and made the place look lively and also adore everyone putting effort and creativity into their cute coloring pages that cricket provides, it really was an FUN experience hope to see more people to experience good service from Katty, not just from her but also from the other employees as well, THANK YOU WIRELESS CRICKET!

  Had a extremely pleasent awesome! woman (katie) ; ) help me with multiple issues ... She took the time effort to explain and show me how to fix navigate my problems she was so Helpful knowledgable and personal you just can't find that in n todays world thank you! thank you!! thank you!!!!   This new store on altamont ave is awesome... When i came in the service was awesome... Courtney was an awesome help very nice and helpful... If your a cricket customer in the local area do your shopping here
