  The employees are actually in the store during business hours. This is the best way to find help with cellular service. Any other methods to contact cricket are nearly impossible. Their app seems to be designed by my some rocks found in the mud. Customer service seems non-existent unless I drive to the cricket store, which is the only way I have been able to resolve any issues with my cell phone. The store employee was able to resolve most of my issues, but still could not set up an auto pay for me and didn't know how to fix it. I love the phone but hate the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

  Richelle T. And Kristalyn P. Offered great customer service and we're very knowledgeable about my phone and how to file an insurance claim. I cracked my phone after work and was upset over it, they were awesome and helped me file the claim online. They also answered questions about upgrading and my phone app. The two of them has excellent customer service skills.
