  I am back with AT&T. Crickets customer service is the worst ever. I went in to switch to their service with 2 perfectly good phones. Neither worked after bedng there for 4 hours and they wouldn't give me my money back

  Went into store to buy a case for new phone purchase at another store that did not have case phone case was marked 29.99 and was told by Ivelisse Capeles that it was 45.99 then I said so you not going to honor price that's marked she refused I then asked for a manager and she said that the manager was in the hospital I then found out later form another store that that's was a lie while leaving store I was even told we human and make mistakes then called stupid as I said that the price should be honored I still want to speak to management as it pertains to the case I initially wanted poor service I though about letting cricket go because of her Iverlisse Capeles service she was so rude and ghetto to me
