  Govna was AMAZING! She had an enormous amount of patience and helped with getting a friends transfer pin from Boost! Yes, her name is GOVNA, however, trying to get a transfer pin from Boost is like trying to ACTUALLY meet the GOVERNOR! Needless to say, her customer service was wonderful!

  If there was a 10 star review option that's what both Kyle K (store manager) & Jules from the Monticello Cricket store would be getting from us!!! Both Kyle & Jules went above and beyond in helping my husband and I with our recent phone upgrades. Their kindness, patience & knowledge of their work was very much appreciated! We thank you for the amazing customer service Kyle & Jules!

  The store had 8 phones to choose from. The customer service was far from being on par. Every time i tried to speak i was talked over and lack of enthusiasm was a huge point.
