  I came to switch my sim card and the young lady Kimberly helped me also pass my information to my new phone this cricket is very friendly and on top of their customer service I highly recommend to come check this location out all the sells representative are helpful and kind definitely coming back thank you Kimberly !

  The lady was nice very helpful. She didn't pay close enough attention to the details of the phones numbers she gave me my husband's number and he has mine. I know she didn't mean to but I been so busy moving out of state and I didn't have time to change it. I would have switch him phones but I got a pink phone so we just been using each other's numbers. Other then that mix up she was great. PS fellow customers makes sure they have the right number down lol
