- SASmiles AlotNov 2, 20251.0An absolute scam. I pay my bill on time first of all. Bill due on the 1st by 11:59 pm. Paid my bill a couple days early in Full, then yesterday (11/1/25) added Hot Spot. Which was $10. Today, my phones weren’t working. I couldn’t figure it out. Then I went to app it said I owed $25. HOW! Come find out they said I paid $10 for that one day, which was a few hours given the time I actually added it on, I had to pay another $10, which wasn’t added on when I added the Hot Spot so they added $15 for a reconnection fee for them turning it off. What kind of BS is that. How does that even make a little bit of sense! Absolutely ridiculous BS
